Open since April 2021, our Chicago recreational cannabis dispensary is conveniently located in the bustling River North neighborhood, just blocks from the city’s vibrant downtown. Housed in an old, beautiful brick building that was once a match factory, our dispensary blends with the rich history of the area. 

Verilife Chicago is surrounded by several well-known landmarks such as the Magnificent Mile, the Merchandise Mart, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, as well as Millennium Park, Ohio Street Beach, the Chicago Riverwalk, and the Chicago Cultural Center (just make sure to leave your cannabis products at home!). It’s also a short distance from nearby neighborhoods like the Loop, Streeterville, the West Loop, Fulton Market District, and River West.

Our Chicago dispensary is situated at the bustling intersection of Superior Street and Dearborn Street in River North. We’re easily accessible from multiple major thoroughfares and public transit methods, including: 

• The Kennedy Expressway (I-90), off the Ohio Street exit
• Lake Shore Drive, off the North Michigan Avenue exit
• CTA Red, Purple, and Brown Line trains
• Bus route #22, #156, #37, and #66

We offer a free parking lot on the side of our building for those who prefer to drive.

There are two ways to purchase products in our dispensary: place an online order for in-store pickup, or walk in and have one of our friendly budtenders assist you in your shopping. Our Chicago menu offers a wide range of cannabis products in a variety of price points to fit every need.

Yes, adults over the age of 21 are welcome at our Chicago dispensary, regardless of where they’re from. Illinois allows for both residents and non-residents to purchase cannabis products at any state-licensed recreational dispensary. All you’ll need is a valid, government-issued photo ID.

Is your dispensary near downtown Chicago?

Yes, our dispensary is located very near to Chicago’s downtown area, in the heart of River North.

Can I pay with a credit card?

We can’t take credit cards, but we do accept debit cards and cash at our dispensary. We also have an on-site ATM for easy withdrawals.

Do you offer free parking in Chicago?

Yes, we have a free parking lot for our customers directly next to our dispensary. You can access the parking lot from Superior Street.
